Business claims and verification rules

Version 15 October 2026 — MaxoBazar platform rules for adding a business or claiming an existing profile.

1. Who can apply

A registered company’s or sole trader’s legal representative, or an explicitly authorized person. The request is tied to the signed-in account. An employee, agency or partner without representation rights must provide authorization. Knowing a registration number, address or phone does not prove ownership.

2. Required information

Trading name and exact venue address; legal name, country, registration number and registered address; representative’s name and role; business email and phone. Bulgarian registration-number format and checksum are checked; an administrator verifies actual registration and representation in the official register. Foreign companies are checked in their official national register. Official Bulgarian commercial register

3. Evidence and independent verification

Registration, authority, venue link and effective control must all be established together. The administrator may request more evidence or reject inconsistencies. A business within a shared salon must establish its specific activity.

4. Review and decision

Search the directory first. Use “Claim this business” for existing entries to avoid duplicates, or “Add a business” if absent. Track your application in “My requests”: pending, more information required, approved, rejected, withdrawn or revoked. Rejections and requests for more information include reasons. Approval and a fixed decision deadline are not guaranteed. A rejected applicant may reapply with corrected information and evidence.

5. Rights after approval

Approval creates or links the applicant’s company account. The existing directory entry retains its URL and links to the official company profile. Company details and new offers are managed in the merchant portal. Imported services are not automatically duplicated as new listings. A venue has one active management holder. Verification establishes a reviewed management relationship; it is not a quality, solvency or endorsement guarantee.

6. Disputes, changes and revocation

Disputes and changes of operator or representation require new evidence and administrative review. Filing first gives no priority over the entitled person. False documents, lack of authority or a substantiated dispute may lead to reasoned revocation of management and company verification, while preserving the history. Do not share your account credentials.

For a venue with assigned management, choose “Request an ownership review”. Documentary evidence of authority and the company’s connection to the exact venue is required, combined into one file if necessary. Submission does not suspend existing management. Before granting new rights, an administrator must separately resolve the existing assignment. Applicants cannot access other applicants’ documents.

7. Documents and privacy

Upload only necessary evidence as PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB. Do not upload identity cards, passports, personal identification numbers, bank statements, passwords, card details or unnecessary third-party data; redact them beforehand. Combine evidence into one PDF if needed. Files are private to the applicant and administrator. Supplements and decisions are logged. File access ends 90 days after rejection, withdrawal or revocation; storage deletion uses the administrator cleanup function. Evidence for an active approval is retained to verify assigned rights. Request deletion through withdrawal/review; minimal decision history remains for traceability.
