Publishing and advertising rules

These rules apply to businesses, private advertisers and anyone submitting promotional materials to MaxoBazar.
1. Identify the advertiser
Identify the actual provider and whether it acts as a business or private individual. Provide accurate contacts and legally required registration details. Do not claim another business without authority. A catalogue profile does not automatically establish the business's participation, approval or partnership.
2. Accuracy and rights
Provide accurate descriptions, current prices, availability, delivery conditions and restrictions. Publish text, images and personal contacts only with the necessary rights and legal basis. Do not publish identity documents or unnecessary sensitive data. The operator may request evidence and suspend materials while rights are clarified.
3. Advertising transparency
Sponsored content and paid placement must be recognisable. Identify the provider and the person on whose behalf advertising appears, and the payer where required by law. State promotional-code conditions, exclusions and validity clearly. Advertising does not transfer ownership of an item or venue to the portal.
4. Moderation
Illegal offers, fraud, misleading contacts, spam and infringement of rights are prohibited. Depending on severity and applicable legal safeguards and notice periods, content or access may be corrected, restricted, removed or suspended. Reasons and an opportunity to contest are provided where required. Payment does not exempt a listing from the rules.
5. Advertising services
Listing a third-party offer is not a sale by the operator. Any paid advertising service requires an express prior agreement about the price, taxes, duration, cancellation and any refund. An advertising enquiry does not itself create a payment obligation.
6. Contact and reconsideration
Request an update or removal through Contact administrators, specifying the exact listing URL. Select Appeal and include the case reference and reasons to contest a decision. Avoid unnecessary documents and never send illegal images. GDPR rights and access to competent authorities and courts remain unaffected.
