MaxoBazar is an advertising and information portal promoting independent businesses, venues, goods, services and private listings.
1. Operator and contact
The owner and operator is СОЦИАЛНО ПРЕДПРИЯТИЕ БАРТ ЕООД (SOCIAL ENTERPRISE BART EOOD), Bulgarian company number 203706824, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Registry Agency. 2. Advertising role
The featured venues, goods, products, services and privately advertised items belong to, or are offered by, the independent persons identified in each listing. Publication does not mean that the operator owns, manufactures, sells, supplies or guarantees them, or that a contractual partnership exists. The portal provides visibility, information and contact facilities. An unclaimed profile is not evidence of authority to represent a business or of its endorsement.
3. Enquiries and transactions
Any contract for advertised goods or services is with the identified seller, provider or private advertiser. Before committing, confirm their identity, final price, taxes and extras, availability, delivery, cancellation, complaints and guarantees. An enquiry, technical request number or receipt acknowledgement does not itself mean that the provider has accepted an order. The operator is not the recipient of the price of advertised goods and services. Any advertising service supplied by the operator is expressly agreed separately.
4. Businesses and private advertisers
Businesses are responsible for legally required identity and pre-contract information and consumer rights. Consumer protections applicable to purchases from traders generally do not apply to transactions between private individuals. Calling an advertiser private does not exempt an actual trader from legal duties. Check the other party's status.
5. Prices, promotions and ratings
Prices and validity periods reflect the date shown and must be confirmed with the provider. Promotional codes are used with the provider subject to their stated conditions, exclusions and expiry. Paid placement and sponsored content must be identifiable; a listing is not necessarily paid advertising. External ratings are dated snapshots, distinct from official classification, registration or an ownership check.
6. Accounts and access
Public information can be browsed freely. Personal features may require ChatGPT sign-in. Use accurate information, protect your account and act only for yourself or with valid authority. Do not publish another person's contacts, documents or images without the required rights and legal basis. Business profile claims also follow the separate authority verification rules.
7. Content and intellectual property
Fraudulent or illegal offers, prohibited or unsafe goods, discrimination, threats, spam, impersonation and infringements of privacy, copyright or other rights are prohibited. Authors retain their rights and grant only those needed for the requested publication and technical display. Availability on the internet does not itself authorise republication. A MaxoBazar logo replacing a missing image is a placeholder, not evidence of ownership or partnership.
8. Reporting and removal
You can report a problem without an account through Contact administrators. Select the category, give the exact listing URL, explain the relevant facts or rights and provide your name and email. Illegal-content and copyright notices require a good-faith statement that the allegations are accurate and complete. Reports involving child sexual abuse or exploitation may be anonymous; do not submit illegal images. Contact emergency services for an immediate threat to life.
9. Review and decisions
Successful submission provides a reference and private access key to check receipt, status and the reply. Keep the key private. Administrators review notices without undue delay, objectively and according to risk, and may request clarification. Where justified, content is corrected, restricted or removed and reasons are provided through the response channel as permitted by law. Decisions are not made solely automatically. Select Appeal and provide your case reference and reasons to request reconsideration. Access to courts and competent authorities remains available.
10. Responsibility
The operator makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, but listings and external websites may contain errors or changes. Sellers and providers remain responsible for their offers and performance. These terms do not exclude the operator's responsibility for its own conduct, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.
11. Privacy and external services
See the Privacy policy for personal data and the Cookies policy for browser storage. These notices are information, not blanket consent to marketing. External websites have their own terms. Google maps are loaded only after a visitor's action.
12. Updates and law
These dated terms can be read, downloaded and printed. Material changes are announced on the site and, where required, individually with the applicable notice period. Updates are not automatically retrospective and do not replace any required express consent. Bulgarian law applies without removing mandatory protections available under another applicable law. Disputes go to the legally competent court; there is no compulsory arbitration or waiver of complaints.
